• The Client rents and LLC "Mussona osta" (hereinafter - the Renter) leases the yacht with all its accessories and crew, rents for the chosen trip.
• During the voyage the yacht is driven by its crew. The yacht crew includes its captain and at least one assistant. No car hire is offered.
• Yacht rent is offered during the sailing season. Rental availability is featured on the interactive calendar.
• During the yacht's ride, the yacht captain may change the selected route based on weather conditions (eg, wind strength, wind direction, wave height).
• Yacht hire the customer makes an advance reservation, thus ensuring that it is available at the time and time it takes for the chosen trip.
• The reservation is made by contacting SIA "Mussona osta" to clarify the availability of the yacht at the time requested by the Client, and the Client makes an advance payment of 50% of the planned rent of the yacht.
• A full service payment must be made by the Client before the service is provided. The service is not provided before it is fully paid.
• In case the Client cancels the reserved yacht rental service, incl. Referring to unsuitable weather conditions (eg low air temperature, cloudiness or rain), the amount of the advance payment will not be refunded.
• In the event that the weather conditions are not suitable for safe sailing during the booked yacht rent (including the existing wind strength exceeding 10 m / s), or restrictions are imposed on the borscht in the selected water area, the Client does not provide the yacht rented service. The compliance of the timekeeping to safe sailing is determined by the yacht captain before the service is provided. In this case, the Client may choose to transfer the reservation to another available time or receive a 50% repayment of the advance payment (if there is no full service payment) or 75% of the full service fee (if full service payment has been made).
• In the event that the weather becomes unsuitable for safe sailing during the provision of the service, the yacht captain will decide on the termination of the service and the safe return to the port or other quay. In this case, the service charge is not refunded.
• In case passengers use alcohol or other intoxicating substances during the service, and their function threatens sailing safety, the yacht master decides to stop the service and safer return to the port or other quay. In this case, the service charge is not refunded.
• The Client can change the time for the provision of the reserved service no later than 10 days before the scheduled time for the provision of the service, subject to prior approval by the Custodian.
• In making payment for the service, the Client agrees to the terms of use of the yacht:
o A maximum of 12 (twelve) persons (hereinafter - passengers) of any age, not including yachts, may be present on the yacht.
o The yacht captain may refuse boarding a passenger if he has taken alcohol or other intoxicating substances and his behavior threatens the safety of sailing.
o For children under 12 (twelve) years of age, the entire lifetime of the yacht should be covered by a closed vest. For adults, the lifejackets should be pulled after the first call of the crew.
o Passengers must comply immediately with crew claims for yacht behavior.
o Being on a yacht, passengers should not wear shoes with high heels, platform soles or a swaddling sole.
o Swimming or jumping from the yacht without a direct master's permission is prohibited.
o Passengers are prohibited from using or moving yacht rigging and other yacht technical equipment.
o Passengers can take part in sailing procedures following the instructions of the yachting crew.
o The presence on the network at the forefront of the yacht is authorized by the captain's explicit permission.
o Smoking on yachts is permitted by direct permission of the yacht captain and following his instructions.
o It is prohibited to hunt down animals.
o In the event of a Customer delay, the delayed time is credited during the trip.
o The return time, depending on the external conditions affecting the sailing course, may be later than the service contract stipulated.
o Passengers are permitted to carry on their yachts and use their own food and drink other than red wine, grape juice and other dark berry juices, dark berries, such as black currants, cherries, blueberries, blackberries, as well as pronounced greasy garments such as smoked chicken, chips
o Passengers are permitted to use dishes and utensils fitted with yachts, with due care and care, as well as their own dishes.
o The use of glassware on yachts is prohibited.
